MMA on Monday July 23

On Monday Riley and Powell will do their thing on me.

It has been a long road 3 years next month. Cpap, bipap, silent nite, opap but since the air devices disturb my sleep I have had no choice but to opt for surgery.

The GA, UPPP and modified flap done last October lowered my rdi from 40 to 19 so hopefully this will do the trick.

Since my nose continues to swell for unknown reasons, has laser and radiofrequency to no avail, Dr. Riley said he would do something to widen it.

I am on SSDI disability and was on other disability but they like to play games and I had to hire a lawyer. Such a shame that they can play games with people to give themselves bonuses.

I have letters from a psychristist, Dr. Black of Stanford stating that my sleep is severely disturbed and my daytime alertness is very poor. I doubt they will want to go to court but I had to pay the lawyer $500 for appeal.

The ERISA law for disability does not allow damages allowed. I have spent over $13,000 this year already on medical and that much last year and of course deeply in debt but if the surgery works I can get back to work in the future and on with my life.
