Good luck to you, my surgery in Dec of 2000 was a HUGE success. I had my tonsils and UPPP and I went from an RDI of 45.1 down to .03 and my oxygen went from dropping to 68 to just 93. I also had the harmonic scalpel and did heal much more easily the doc told me so I would make sure that he will be using that. Less pain...better recovery. I would go through this surgery a million times over if I had to because it has been a wonderful 7 months of sleeping. I wish you the best.
