Apnea associated with tongue (mainly)

Posted by Zappa on October 02, 2001 at 18:41:29:

Ok, basically, in doctor's office, scoped down nose, breath in through nose and doc says: 'it's mainly your tongue'!

If you have a real bad obvious problem w/ one's tongue then wouldn't it make sense to do all three proceedures with tongue (1) LAUP-Laser Assisted Uvulopalatoplaty
(2)GA - Genioglossus Tongue Advancement and (3) Hyoid Suspension (plus UPPP and nasal stuff)? What do ya think troops and thank you. Was evaluation process good, oh - am being sent to a dental specialist for x-rays and reading from him. Was everything done here to properly evaluate 'cause' and what do you think of 'attack plan'?
