Would you ask your doctor (and maybe someone here might know also) but why didn't they also do a Hyoid Suspension while they were doing all that they did?

And was that a Laser assisted uvulopalatoplasty (LAUP) ... is that what the "Somno" was, is that a cut out like a V cut out? Thanks
