Good for you, newbie!

Meat is the thing I crave most, too. Although, I am going to try to change my diet to be more vegetable based with less red meat and more chicken and fish.

I went back to Boston Market yesterday and had meatloaf with gravy sauce over it. It was nice and soft, and boy was it great to taste meat again. I also did a repeat on the mashed potatoes and gravy and chicken noodle soup. I added some creamed spinach, too. All in all, it was too much and I only ate about 1/3 of the meal. Still, it was good to taste some real food.

Eating all of that food, and swallowing so much irritated my throat and it hurt for a while, so I took a pain pill at bedtime and woke up this morning just fine.

Zach
