everytime i go to sleep, whether it is a 30-second nap on the bus,or a couple of hours, sometimes with or without my cpap mask,i wake up with my nose stuffed up and a tremendous headache, which will not go away.does anyone have any suggestions for me?i have been to doctors at the V.A.,but they are no help for anything.i am convinced something in my old apartment, brought about my sleep apnea.any suggestions would be helpful.thank you.
