non-cpap sleep apnea options

sometimes,even when i use my cpap,i still wake up with a headache,and an extremely stuffy nose,and i would like to know about other options out there besides a cpap machine.my sleep apnea has become so bad,my depression has returned,and i have started smoking again as a result.any suggestions would be helpful.thank you.
