Thanks Jim. I have been working out steadily for about two years and consider myself to be in decent shape. I just got my braces yesterday and I know whatever bad stuff I have been eating up to this point I can't and won't be snacking anytime soon. I am 5' 10" 177lbs and hope to get down to about 168 or so.

Tell me if you can about how you are suppossed to sleep after the surgery in ICU? Do you wear your CPAP or how is it done there. Did you vomit with your mouth wired shut and how is that handled? Any ideas on a hotel in the area there?
Any additional information not matter how graphic would be appreciated.
