Thanks for the advice. My husband is in denial. When I read the symptoms on here, and tried to find a solution, it seems that he follows every one of them.

He is over weight, he drinks before he goes to bed, and the age group is correct! If I can find further advice thru Empty Nester, I will surely do that. I guess I'm beginning to realize though, that you can't make a person do something they don't want to do. He is in denial, and he doesn't think it's a big problem. Unfortunately, my "sleepy head" does!!!
