hi there zach. doing well here glad to hear everything ok over there. thank God i havent sneezed i thought i was just yesterday but nope , im a very powerful sneezer too(probably would have blown something away that wouldnt look to nice and wouldve flipped out.

yawning does kill me but after a while the pain subsides ear pain and all. what i really think hurts too is the burps and oh my God the hiccups i got yesterday were awful.

last night i actually slept on my stomach i dont know if that is a good thing but i slept for 7 hrs. i woke up sore and my pillow was wet from drooling but once i came downstairs i was fine.

Not on CPAP at all i couldnt tolerate that thing i tried the mask first but no way. I did my sleep study with the tube and opening onto my nostrils didnt much like that either. but i see my tongue is white but not really dry , i did notice that i do all or most of my breathing through my nose though. well before i write a book thanks again.

God Bless
Buck
