Hitch in swallowing / clicking noise

Hey, I'm not having a problem snoring anymore, but I do have a problem, it seems, while awake.

It seems that I've developed a bit of a click when I swallow with not food or liquid in my mouth.

It doesn't hurt, but it seems like a little bit of a hitch when I swallow. I didn't use my CPAP machine for the last two hours of sleep last night and woke up with it.

It's happened before, but it normally goes away. Today, it's been pretty persistent into the night hours.

Has anyone who has had a tonsillectomy and UPPP ever had a problem with this? I'm not sure if it's serious enough to warrant an earlier doctor's visit.

Thanks,
Zach
