Hi Marty,

Hope you will recovery well from your recent MMA. I have Blue Cross PPO. The policy only covers 70% of the expenses for out of network doctors like Stanford's. However, I'm not aware that I need a referral by my current doctor. Please clarify. Most of the HMO policy requires referval even through your are in the network; PPO out of the network???
