The silent nite has worked for some people and I think it is one of the more cheaper appliances.

I have gotten it and the opap which was $1800. Neither worked for me but that is not to say it will not work for you.

The problem with an appliance it that it works or does not. If money is not a problem then I would go for a more adjustable appliance so that if one setting does not work you can have it adjusted to try another.
