I had 2 sleep studies and I had sleep apnea in the Moderate range, I was waking each morning with a vague HA, a result of retaining Co2 during the night. and getting migraines 3-4 times a week. There are studies out that indicate if you have migraines and sleep apnea your chances of stroke and/or cardiac condition increases.Three diff MD's thought the combo of lack of sleep, waking with a HA, and being suseptable to migraines could contribute to the migraines increasing in freq and intensity. If this is all hog wash and it just helped because I thought it would that is o.k. with me. Regardless it proably helped with the sleep apnea.
