These forums do attract more people who have had "negative" results or experiences than people who have had the successful ones. I think it is because most of us on these sites are still searching for the procedure that will work for us. As to success rates, it depends on how bad your apnea is. The higher your RDI, the more invasive the procedure in order for a successful outcome (at least wise by statistics and reports from these type of sites). Cold or warm, liquid or semi-solid is going to be a personal thing and will probably change both directions as you heal.
