Hi Jan,
Just had to let you know there are a lot of success stories! And yes they are hard to find, and most of us once we are cured, don't come back very often.
A lot of it depends on what, and how bad your problem is.

Start at the first forum and weed your way through! Don't get upset by some of the set backs you read about.
Look for the success stories, I'm one of them and you will see a lot of my posts. And I sure did whine a lot!

Good luck to you and don't forget to keep us posted!!!
