pain and aches in left side

Posted by marty on January 10, 2002 at 10:30:59:

It's been four weeks since my MMA and for the most part things seem to be going well. My face seems to be a little asymetric but I think it was that way in the beginning. I'm having pain in the form of aches in my left side and for the most part seems to be only present at nighttime and it is giving me problems trying to sleep. Has anyone else experienced this and if so how do you go about tackling the pain? I have been waking up anywhere from 1:30 AM to 4:00 AM and staying awake because of the pain.

I have spoken to Riley and he says that this is normal and it's all about the healing but I am curious if anyone else has had this and how long did it last.

Hope to hear from people who have had this.....
