Didn't you end up having just about the entire "menu" through MMA? I am having the GA next Monday. I haven't had the UPPP 'cause there ain't nothin' there to remove, at least that's what the ENT says (tonsils and uvula removed 48 years ago when I was a wee lad). I've had deviated septum fixed, rf on the turbinates, somno tongue, HS and now the GA. Not looking forward to it but if the GA doesn't work, I know there are too many of you out there who have had "phase two" stuff done that is allowing them to sleep. Are you still adapting to being able to sleep or did you "fall" into it pretty easily?
