GA and HS on tuesday...getting nervous!!!

i'm having a GA and HS at stanford on tuesday with Dr. Li...this was scheduled 6 weeks ago, and i was looking forward to the benefits that might come from it, but now that it's so close i'm getting nervous!
this will actually be my third apnea-related surgery (following UPPP and septoplasty/turbinectomy), but i'm more nervous than i was for the other two. this one just seems a bit more involved, even though i've been told the recovery should be easier.
does anyone have some positive experiences with these surgeries that you'd like to relate? i'd love to hear about how things went smoothly and the surgeries helped a lot. (i don't want to hear about any problems!!!).
