Very, very likely....

You have a bunch of symptoms commonly associated
with obstructive sleep apnea.
1) depression
2) loud snoring
3) mouth breathing
4) waking at night not breathing/gasping
5) daytime tiredness
6) large tonsils/uvula
In no particular order.

I'm not a doctor, but I'd tell you to go get a
sleep study ASAP, and any heart trouble you may
have may be as a result of apnea (which is hard
on the heart and circulatory system). I'd lay
a bet (and I'm not a betting man) that you've
got OSA.

Then I'd tell you that hopefully, you are in
the wrong place: most people find CPAP therapy
adaquate treatment: this forum is for people
who have found that inadaquate, and have/are
thinking of surgical treatment of apnea.
