ajnot:

This is the forum focused on non-CPAP treatment (Surgery) for sleep apena. Most of us have been through using CPAP for sleep apnea. Hey you can get lots of answers here and you can also get lots of answers on the CPAP based forum.

There is a simple quiz available to give you an idea if whether you have apnea or not.

Ask questions here or on the other forum and you will get answers to the best of our abilities.

I do not know how you got here, but the home of this group of forums is

www.sleepnet.com

From there you can go to the 'test', to insomnia forums, forums for professionals and the rest. If you continue to have problems feel free to contact me and I will try to help. Clicking on my name above will provide you with an e-mail form. Not everyone provides their e-mail address, but a number of us do.
