Oxygen Therapy

Posted by George on March 30, 2002 at 14:56:22:

Has anyone here been prescribed oxygen for their Apnea? I noticed that when I was on oxygen following surgery I sure felt much better. Are insurance companies reluctant to prescribe oxygen due to its costs? I realize it is not a cure but if it helps patients with their symptoms such as debillitating daytime sleepines it may be a good treatment
