You really need CPAP to work for you for a while (will explain below). Can't you figure out what to do with the hose to get it to come from the top by having propt support the middle of the hose or something? Have you tried Nasal Pillows too? Also, some of the mask can be submerged into hot water and removed and 'fitted' to the contours of your face for better fitting. You would need to contact your supplier for help with this. What I'm at is that you need a good 6 months of time to read this board. You could use the information here. I promise you it would be worth your time.
