Wishing you the best of luck on your surgery! It'll be tough the first week since you're having the nose done as well...You'll be breathing through your mouth all the time, and will find it getting dried out and seriously hurting...But this should improve after 4-5 days.

I'm about one month out now (had the same stuff you are having done)...Still tired (seem to hit a brick wall around 4 in the afternoon), but waking up is much easier (not exhausted anymore), no snoring, and every day seems to be getting better.
