I have had apnea for about 10 years and finally got my Dr. to listen to me.
My ENT took one look in my throat and recommended the surgery. I am really looking forward to getting some long needed real rest. The last good night sleep I remember having was sometime early 2001. It has affected my personal and professional life and now I need my life back.
People who have not had this dissorder can't possible know how it feels to be exhausted all the time.
Now that my surgery is near, I am ver nervous. My main concern is how successful it will be. My husband is anxious for me but is also worried. I can et through the pain and have read many of the help notices and will use some of the suggestions. thank you to all who have posted.
Please, someone tell me this is a good thing and after a successful procedure there life was better.
