I am not far ahead of you. I am five weeks post op today. You still have a few more "crustys" to look forward to, but the nose thing IS great. I am with you on the UPPP. I have shown some improvement in waking by myself, but seem to hit the fatigue wall about mid afternoon. After reading this board for a while, it seems we may well be rushing our expectations a little. I plan to give it another month before I start worrying much. If I don't see substantial improvement, I will schedule another sleep study. Hang in there and keep me posted.
