I'm 8 weeks post-UPPP/tonsilectomy today, and my snoring has been virtually eliminated. (By my wife's definition, this makes the operation a success!) Eating and drinking seem almost completely natural now. I can't say for sure whether I've gotten rid of the excessive daytime sleepiness, though. I still seem to tire, especially in afternoon, and I'm still VERY quick to fall asleep at night. I'll probably have another sleep study done, but not for a few months.
