Most people can jut their lower jaws forward about a centimeter. And most MMAs performed for OSA treatment also try to move the tip of the lower jaw forward about a centimeter. So you can probably guess that you have a ways to go with your appliance. I started my Klearway at about 6mm, and it's now extended out to 10mm. It now controls my OSA reasonably well.
