My insurance covered it completely, but I understand a Klearway is about $1K. I had it fit by an oral surgeon. The primary reason I have it at all is to get an idea of how effective an MMA would be for me, since the Klearway holds the airway open in a manner somewhat similar to an MMA. I didn't look at any other devices--my oral surgeon is an expert with OSA, so I trust his judgment.
