I am also at about the same point. I no longer snore!!! But I am still not at full strength. My doc told me to expect not to be back to "normal" until a good six weeks post op. But I still have a constant sore throat, which I am annoyed with. I ran errands for four hours today and came home and slept for 1 1/2 hours! I wake up more refreshed from less sleep, but also "hit the wall" mid afternoon. I attribute it to being post op still not to the long term success or failure of the operation. I just cannot wait for the stitches to finish dissolving and to be completely pain free. I breathe better now without Claritin than I did before with it! And breathe with my mouth closed for the first time in 40 years! Are you using saline for your nose? My doc says to continue that long term as it prevents the drying out of the nasal passages. Let's not worry too much about energy until a month from now...okay? We should check back in here mid-May and compare notes!! Good luck!
