I am a 25 year old woman who is experiencing intense night sweats nearly every night! I have not been able to find much information on the net about this condition. I tested negative for AIDS/HIV. I do not have the other symptoms of thyroid problems or any type of sleep apenea. I do have lupus, which might result in nightime fevers/sweating, and I use depoProvera as birth control, which could effect my hormone levels. Can anyone offer any advice on what might be causing the sweats? It is enough of a problem that I sleep in the guest room instead of the master bed.
