Hi - this is my first posting. I'm not sure if I have a sleep disorder but am tired much of the time and frequently wake up feeling tired. I seem to fall asleep in the normal amount of time but wake up between 2-4 times within a 6-7 hour period. Often times when I awaken during the night I am very hot/sweating and feel like I need to cool off before being able to go back to sleep. I get up to go to the bathroom when I wake up, but don't feel that that is the reason that I am waking up. I don't have caffeine, chocolate, alcohol, a large meal, heavy exercise, etc. before going to bed and seem to be following the appropriate practices that should enable me to get a good nights sleep. I wear a dental applicance at night since I grind my teeth when I sleep and I don't snore (but my husband does so I wear ear plugs). Any ideas? Thank you! KLT
