I'm not entirely sure it could be called a gift. I have had several occassions to be aware of being in my dream, but also aware of my body position at the same time. It is not something exciting nor thrilling but more frightening. I am unsure during the course of the "dream" of which is really reality and what is a dream. Then after waking up and going to work, I am second guessing that I'm actually in a dream an my reality was what I thought was the "dream." I constently stop myself and think, 'Am I dreaming or am I awake?'

When I was alot younger (15-20 years ago) I could tell the difference, but now I am always experiencing doubt in "reality" and in "dream-land." I would more of less call it a very intensive LSD flashback.
