Kathy - Not that this is in any way an answer or a help, but is this new problem related to your menstrual cycle? Seems like a lot of women have problems with narcolepsy and RLS being worse around their period. Maybe you too? Unfortunately, about the only way to tell is to see if it tapers off and then comes back next month. Not much help or comfort, I'm afraid.
