Humming in my Sleep

My husband has been complaining that I have been humming lately in my sleep. I guess I do it for about 7 to 8 seconds then breath and do it again. It's a monotone hum sort of like a relaxation ummmmmmmm used in Yoga. I don't take part in any relation techniques so this is especially strange. Anybody have a clue as to why I do this? I have actually heard myself and stopped when I realized I was doing it.
