Face Clenching

Posted by Ryan on June 30, 1999 at 14:19:19:

For the last eight years, each morning when I wake up, I've noticed deep wrinkles in my forehead in between my eyes - the kind you get when you close your eyes really tightly. My dentist also tells me that I grind my teeth at night, although it hasn't caused any pain nor have my teeth felt sensitive. The teeth grinding doesn't concern me at the moment, but aesthetically, the face clenching is starting to give me wrinkles in my forehead and making me look about 50 when I'm only 30.

Thanks in advance,

Ryan
