Can't get out of bed

Posted by CWU on July 01, 1999 at 07:13:39:

I'm new to this forum. Sorry if this topic has already been covered. My wife and I are both 30, she exercises everyday for about an hour, we both work, we both eat right, we go to bed about 11pm every night during the week, but there have been alot of times lately that we both cannot get out of bed. Once we get up and shower, all is fine and we are not tired during the day. Is the room too dark, too cold, too hot, too comfortable? Typical bad morning is to wake her up at 5:30am for her aerobic class, I wake up around 6:45-7:00 which is around the time she gets back from class. This goes ok for a while, but at least 2 times out of the week we just can't get out of bed. Are we lacking vitamins, problem with diet? Any help would be appreciated.
