Thanks for your reply to my message.

I don't mean to be vain, but it's not my teeth that bother me. It's
that when I wake up, I see deep grooves around my forehead and around
my eyes, and that I'm really starting to look much older than my age.
I know I should get a mouthguard to protect my teeth (and I probably
will do so soon, thanks). But do you notice your face having more
wrinkles in the morning and do you know if there's anything you can do about it?
