Steve

Hi, its me Michele. You posted to my previus thread "HELP - cant get out of bed on time".

I would love to chat, but not sure how. Im at work, so that might be hard.

I think a common thread between all of us is that we dont get up the first time we wake up. And its all downhill from there. I feel like if I just woke up the first time, I'd be all set. Sometimes I think Ive just created a lazy bad habit and other times I think something is "wrong" with me.

Its not "normal" to sleep for 10 hours and not be able to wake up and to want to sleep more. 10 hours should be plenty of sleep.

Usually I wake every morning around 4:30. after 10 minutes I fall back asleep. Then my husbands alarm goes off at 5:30, after 10 minutes I fall back asleep. Then at 6:30 when my alarm goes off I CANT wake up. I am in such a deep sleep that I cant get up. I have to force myself to wake up and practically pry my eyes open.

I think the interruption of my sleep makes it worse.

But then on weekends, when there are no alarms, after 9-10 hours of straight sleep, I still cant wake up.

???? I wish I had a concrete answer. Let me know about the chat. Michele
