My fiance has a problem that I am having trouble helping her with. After having our daughter 13 mos. ago, she began to complain that no matter what she did, she was always feeling tired. We have tried vitamins, herbal cures, corrective sleep patterns, even increasing physical activities (and sex amounts), EVERYTHING. Or have we? Her latest complaint is that she starts to nod off even while driving, and she always wants to take a nap, even though this is not always possible. I am at my wits' end. HELP, PLEASE!!!!!
