I did think I was the only one with this problem. It has affected my life to the point of severe depression.I am 32 yrs.old and since I can remember,I just have the hardest time with getting up,I dont hear the alarm clock or I turn it off and fall back to sleep. Also,It is not easy for anyone else to wake me up,I will yell at them. Now at this point no one in my family will even try to wake me up.I tell myself before bed I will be happy to get up,but I never am.I am a night owl for sure, but sleep is my escape.I want to control this problem desperately.I am so very frustrated with myself, how can I not gain control of this? Why cant I just get up????
