Could be sleep walking or REM Behavior Disorder or both. Definitely need to be seen by a sleep disorder clinic.

The best thing to do for now is safety. When sleepwalking or RBD you can untie yourself so putting us an alarm if the door or windows opens would help. Remove any sharp objects in the room. Have nothing around that could cause injury. I would also pad any sharp corners on furniture.

There is treatment for either disorder so just stay safe till you get to a lab.
