REM Behavior Disorder

Posted by Lyn on July 09, 1999 at 22:09:10:

I've read that REM Behavior Disorder is primarily found in older men. Are women or younger people subject to it also? The reason I ask is because I've woken up several times to find that I have been acting out a dream. A couple times it has been quite frightening including events such as me leaving the house. Are there any cures for REM Behavior Disorder. And what do you do if the earliest you can get to a Sleep Disorder Clinci is in November?
