Hi Everybody!
I wanted to thank you all for answering. I also wanted to say that for the past week I have taken 3 mg of melatonin before bedtime and am sleeping a little better! I still have dreams, and wake up, but I feel as though I am sleeping deeper. And I'm not as tired during the day. Just wanted to let you know, maybe you'll also be lucky with melatonin!
