sleep talking

Dear Sandman,
Every night I talk in my sleep!I wake up my parents
and the next morning I rarely remember ever talking in my sleep.Is there like any medication or anything like that,thatwill stop me from talking while i'm asleep? or is there nothing at all that you can do about it? write back as soon as possable!!
