I wish I could be more help. I would love to find out if there is a timed-released sleeping pill so I could sleep longer.One pharmacist indicated it is a very common problem, but didn't have any solutions.I think the Dr. will be able to help you if you have sleep apea.My friend had an operation and is sleeping great.
