Wife needs to sleep!!

If anyone out there has or has had this problem, I would appreciate your input. I have a horrible habit of waking up my girlfriend repeatedly when I sleep with her in her bed. It isn't snoring or kicking; I just continually snuggle up to her and start groping her in various places. I don't remember any of this and feel like a big pervert for not being able to keep my hands to myself, especially in my sleep! Any help or info would be appreciated. She needs sleep!
