Awareness during Sleep Paralysis

Posted by mulky on January 06, 2005 at 12:05:49:

I have seen many posts on Awareness during Sleep Paralysis (ASP). trionica.com is a good place to start for information. one interesting aspect, and one I noticed in myself long before doing any research, is that ASP almost always happens when you fall asleep on your back. Try falling asleep on your side if you want to avoid ASP.
