Sounds to me you have a problem with your Circadian Rhythm..
While I won't tell you what to do about it because that could be a bad idea(I wouldn't want to get sued..)..
However here are two sites with some information on it and some of the various disorders associated with it..I reccomend you figure out which your problem might be.

the latter is actualy a link to multiple resources for you..
This was only what i could find quickly but hopefully you will take the information from there and research some on your own.
