Oh one more thing..
If it is waking up you are more concerned about and want at least a temporary fix you can do what some native americans did to wake up early.
Drink LOTS of water before going to bed...that will wake you up early..
When I use this method I usualy wake up quite early and surprisingly refreshed though there may be some "cons" to this for some people.
